Create Point By Offset IntersectionPoint by Offset Intersection

Availability: Computations module. (Not available in LISCAD Lite)
Menu Selection: From the Computations task, select the Create/Point command and the Method/Offset Intersection command.
Functionality: Creates a new point with the currently defined point attributes by intersecting offsets from different lines, each line defined by an existing point and direction from this point.

Actions:
  • The OK Button creates the new point.
  • The new point identifier may also be determined by using the Next or Last buttons.
Notes:
  • The Elevation Control will only be available if the elevation attribute is active.
  • The two From Point controls may contain the same or different point identifiers depending on whether the reference directions emanate from the same point or different points.
